2. Product Information, Pricing & Accuracy

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and details of our smartphones, wearables, audio devices, and accessories as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturer packaging updates or screen color calibration.
  • Pricing & Typographical Errors: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. In the event a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with erroneous specifications due to typographical errors, Habib Hub reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.
  • Stock Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. Items added to your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed and the order is verified.

3. Order Confirmation & Verification

  • Order Acceptance: Receiving an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Habib Hub reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities for any reason.
  • Order Verification (COD): For Cash on Delivery (COD) and high-value orders, our representative may contact you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to verify recipient details and delivery readiness. Unverified orders may be canceled automatically.

4. Payment Methods & Gateway Security

We support multiple secure payment methods to ensure customer convenience across Pakistan:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Direct Bank Transfer / Online Wire Transfer
  • Digital Wallets: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Nayapay, Sadapay
  • Debit / Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, PayPak via PCI-DSS compliant secure payment gateway partners.

All card transactions undergo standard verification and encryption protocols. Habib Hub does not collect or store full credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes on its servers.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time prior to warehouse dispatch and courier tracking generation by contacting support via WhatsApp or email. Once an order is dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
  • Cancellation by Habib Hub: We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
    • The item is out of stock or discontinued.
    • Pricing or specification errors occurred on the listing.
    • Incomplete shipping information or unverified contact details are provided.
    • The transaction is flagged for potential security or fraud concerns by payment gateways.

6. Official PTA Approval & Brand Warranties

  • PTA Compliance: All smartphones and cellular devices sold as “Official PTA Approved” are legally compliant with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority regulations.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: Brand-new smartphones and electronic items covered by an official manufacturer warranty (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Infinix, Tecno) must be routed directly through authorized service centers for repairs or hardware claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Habib Hub, its parent venture Al Habib Shopping Mall, directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or purchased items.
  • Courier delays caused by weather disruptions, road closures, national strikes, or public holidays.
  • Third-party gateway downtime, payment failures, or bank network outages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website—such as text, graphics, logos, icons, user interfaces, scripts, images, audio clips, and software—is the property of Habib Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of Pakistan.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
